Think of it as self help in uncovering or understanding what makes you tick.
Only do this for yourself. Don’t try doing it for another person — it won’t work.
If you have trouble facing reality or you feel worse when “going over the past,” DON’T DO THIS PROCESS.
You could have many issues which you have been able to ignore and which do not get in the way. Only focus here on concerns which have affected you for months or years — not trivial or temporary upsets for only a week or so.

Here you can take ACTION on your priorities. You need to be empowered by eliminating or reducing your obstacles in life.
It will help you target and move forward to clear any unresolved underlying issues.
