The interactive chart/visual graph above displays in a data-driven
format the
comparison of the average number of sessions required for Hypnotherapy
verses other psychological treatments across various common mental
issues such as emotional, psychological, psychosomatic, and all other
mental health issues habits and unwanted behaviours.
Eg From the chart you see that on average, Hypnotherapy for Anxiety is twice
as effective as alternative therapeutic methods. Requiring only six sessions
of Hypnotherapy verses twelve using other Psychological Treatments.
On average, Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy is two and a half times better than
other Psychological Treatments. Three verses eight sessions.

The process
The process here was to obtain official unbiased and accurate statistics,
analyse the data collected, then calculate the overall average number of
sessions required for many of the most common physical emotional and
mental problems which are a result of psychological, psychosomatic, and
mental health states.
This gives a detailed breakdown and analysis of all the key issues,
findings, and conclusions together with an in-depth analysis capturing
the essence and nuances and simplifying all that into a rating
number
which appears on this graph.
Although some specific rare or unique issues may not have been covereed
or studied in this research,
the general pattern of averages of session numbers and success rates
would be in the same range.
Not all Clients are the same
The study highlights the variation in the number of sessions required
based on the severity and duration of the condition.
Severe or long-standing conditions may require more sessions, while mild
or recent issues maybe addressed in fewer sessions.
It is also found that the appropriate number of sessions is essential for
achieving optimal treatment outcomes.

Gregory started his first Hypnotherapy
Clinic in Randwick, Sydney, in 1967.
He moved to the Gold Coast in
1981.
He opened his Brisbane Clinic in 2004
and continues to practise there today.
He provides one-on-one face-to-face and group
Sessions, as well as recorded Hypnosis Sessions.
Sessions are also available online,
individually or in groups, via Zoom or even by phone.
His recently developed Business Training sessions are perfectly suited
to
Doctors, Consultants, Therapists, Counsellors, Psychologists and of
course other
Hypnotherapists.
